RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
We hope you are pleased with your purchase(s), however if you need to return or exchange an item, unworn jewellery can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please get in touch to let us know why you would like to return or exchange your item(s) and ensure the item(s) is returned in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, bespoke and personalised purchases (items that are not supplied online) cannot be returned or exchanged. All shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging an item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. As soon as the item(s) is received we will give you a call to arrange the exchange or refund, which can take up to 14 days to process.
When you place an order, all items are inspected and packaged by hand at the studio in Neath. If an item is damaged whilst in transit from us to you, we will exchange the item and incur all costs of shipping.
At Laura Thomas Jewellery, we always ensure that every item is made to the highest quality. However, should an item require a repair, please get in touch to discuss the nature of the repair and the best course of action.
Please return your items to Laura Thomas Jewellery, 1st Floor, 37 Alfred Street, Neath, Neath Port Talbot, SA11 1EH. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked or signed for service when returning your item(s) as we are not responsible for any loss. If you need any advice on returning an item, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Gift cards can be redeemed against purchases online at Laura Thomas Jewellery, at the studio and also when commissioning a bespoke item of jewellery. You can redeem more than one gift card at a time within the 12 months of the issue date stated at the back of the gift card. A gift card balance may not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
